Brass purse frame with floral filigree and 7 green stones on front of frame.  Same filigree is on back also but no stones. Sew holes.   Width at bottom  = 7 1/4".  Height from hinge to top of filigree  = 2 1/4".  Total height = 3". Chain adds an additional 5 1/2".
