To Order: Each item
on my web site has a unique item number. Add each item to
the shopping cart. If you are only ordering patterns, you
can pay upon checkout using Paypal. If you are ordering an
antique or vintage item the shopping cart will send me an
email with a list of which items you would like to buy and I
will respond shortly regarding their availability.
If you are a California resident, send me your resell number if applicable.
Availability of Items:
With the exception of the patterns, most items for sale on
my web site are antique or vintage. I only have one
of each and have no idea if I will ever get another like
it. As my regulars know, I often sell items within hours of
putting them up on my web site, so if you are interested in
an item contact me immediately. "Sale Pending" means
that I have received an email from someone that they wish to
buy the item, but I haven't received payment yet. These do
occasionally fall through, so if you are interested in an
item marked "sale pending" please let me know. Due to
some recent problems, payment needs to be received within 14
days. Otherwise, I'll put the item back up for sale.
Payment Methods: I prefer checks or money orders. I hold checks just until they clear the bank. I also accept Paypal payments. I have no ability to accept credit cards by any other method than through Paypal. Shipping Information: Purses and frames are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail within 3 business days. Insurance is required. Patterns are sent First Class mail. Reproduction booklets are sent Media Mail to keep shipping costs down. Please let me know if you need expedited shipping. Return Policy: I want everyone to be happy with everything they buy on my site. Satisfaction is guaranteed - you can return a purse or frame for a refund of the cost of the item if you are not completely satisfied. Notify me if you are returning a purse within 48 hours. When the item arrives in the same condition it was sent to you, I will promptly refund the cost less shipping, bank or credit card charge fees that I have paid. Frames may be returned if they don't fit the bag you are making, but must be returned in a reasonable amount of time - we'll say 30 days. For obvious reasons, patterns may not be returned. |
