#SST-S227 - Rare Egyptian Black Snake Dancer
Figural Beaded Purse
In all of my years
of collecting and restoring, I have never seen this pattern! The
colors and design are outstanding and rarely do you see a black figure
depicted on a purse. Same design on both sides of purse. The
bag is bead knitted with tiny micro seed beads (I counted 324 to the
square inch) and is in excellent condition. There is NO bead loss.
Original silk lining in in very good condition with just one tiny tear and
is surrounded with original floral trim. Fabulous jeweled frame with
more stones in chain. Measures 6" wide by 10" long.
Chain adds another 7 1/2".
